We are looking for an attentive and service-driven Concierge Agent to join the team of a prestigious luxury hospitality group for a new opening in Dubai. The ideal candidate will anticipate guest needs, provide personalized assistance, and create unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with tailored recommendations, reservations, and local insights;

• Handle inquiries and requests promptly, with discretion and professionalism;

• Coordinate services with internal departments and trusted external partners;

• Ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a concierge or guest service role within luxury hotels or resorts;

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills;

• Deep knowledge of local attractions, dining, and cultural offerings;

• Guest-focused mindset, discretion, and ability to manage multiple requests.
