Head Waiter/ess

We are looking for a professional and guest-oriented Head Waiter/ess to join the team of a prestigious luxury hospitality group for a new opening in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, ensure smooth operations in the dining area, and deliver exceptional guest experiences with attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the waiting team to ensure seamless service;

• Greet and attend to guests, providing personalized and attentive service;

• Assist with training and development of staff to maintain high standards;

• Monitor service quality, resolve guest complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction;

• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service;

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a waiter or head waiter in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurants;

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;

• Knowledge of service standards, dining protocols, and guest relations;

• Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and able to perform efficiently under pressure.
