Kids Club Attendant

For a globally recognized leader in luxury hospitality, is seeking an enthusiastic and caring Kids Club Attendant to join its team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys working with children and is passionate about creating engaging, safe, and memorable experiences for young guests. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering exceptional family-focused service while ensuring the highest standards of safety, care, and entertainment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome children and their families with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm;

• Organize, supervise, and facilitate age-appropriate recreational, educational, and creative activities;

• Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of all children attending the Kids Club at all times;

• Monitor children's participation and encourage an inclusive, fun, and engaging environment;

• Prepare activity areas, games, arts and crafts materials, and recreational equipment before each session;

• Maintain the Kids Club facilities in accordance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards;

• Build positive relationships with parents by providing updates and responding to questions or requests professionally;

• Collaborate with other hotel departments to support family-oriented events and guest experiences;

• Follow all safeguarding procedures, emergency protocols, and company policies;

• Ensure all activities reflect the property's luxury hospitality standards and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in a Kids Club, childcare, education, hospitality, or recreational environment;

• Genuine passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Ability to remain calm, patient, and attentive in a dynamic environment;

• Creative mindset with the ability to organize interactive games and activities;

• Basic knowledge of child safety, first aid, or safeguarding principles is considered an advantage;

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly valued;

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
