Waiter/ess IRD

We are looking for a professional and guest-oriented Waiter/ess IRD to join the team of a prestigious luxury hospitality group for a new opening in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional in-room dining experience by delivering prompt, attentive, and personalized service to all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-room dining orders promptly, accurately, and with professionalism;

• Set up and clear in-room dining trays, ensuring presentation meets luxury standards;

• Assist guests with menu selections, dietary requirements, and special requests;

• Coordinate with the kitchen and order-taking team to ensure seamless service;

• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns proactively to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter in in-room dining, food and beverage, or luxury hospitality;

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills;

• Knowledge of hotel procedures and POS systems;

• Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and able to perform efficiently under pressure.
