Finance Manager

We are partnering with a premium fashion brand, part of an international group, currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their team based in Munich. This role represents a key position within the organization, supporting both local operations and group-level financial strategy, in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, controlling and reporting;

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements;

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support strategic decision-making;

• Act as a key point of contact for the group finance function, ensuring alignment with global standards and processes;

• Monitor cash flow, working capital and financial performance across retail and wholesale channels;

• Support business planning and performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities;

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements and internal policies;

• Coordinate with external stakeholders (auditors, tax advisors, banks).

  
  

Profile:

• Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager or Senior Controller role, ideally within the fashion, retail or consumer goods sector;

• Solid understanding of financial reporting, controlling and budgeting processes;

• Experience working within international and matrix organizations is highly valued;

• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate financial data into business insights;

• Hands-on approach, combined with strategic thinking;

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams;
