We are currently recruiting an Outlet Area Manager for a premium fashion brand in Germany.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Outlet Area Manager for a prestigious Luxury Brand in Menswear to oversee three key outlets in Ingolstadt, Roermond and Metzingen. This role will be responsible for the daily management and performance of these stores, ensuring exceptional customer service, sales targets, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the outlets, ensuring they meet the brand’s high standards.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of store managers and associates.
Drive sales performance and achieve business objectives for each location.
Maintain inventory control, store presentation, and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
Build strong customer relationships and enhance the brand's presence in the region.
Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive foot traffic to the outlets.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar managerial role, within Fashion Retail.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken).
Knowledge of the Italian language is a plus.
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
Flexibility to travel between the outlets in Ingolstadt, Roermond and Metzingen.
