Area Manager - Catalunya

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our client's esteemed luxury brand in the Catalunya Region. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple store locations, drive sales, and ensure the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support multiple store locations within the designated area;

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize profitability;

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all stores;

• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff;

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability;

• Analyze sales data and generate reports for senior management;

• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar role within the luxury retail industry;

• Strong leadership and team management skills;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data;

• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus;

• Ability to travel within the designated area.
