Store Manager - New Opening

We are partnering with a luxury fashion brand for an exciting new store opening in Gstaad, currently seeking a Store Manager to lead the launch and development of the boutique.

This role represents a unique opportunity to play a key part in establishing the brand’s presence in one of the most exclusive international destinations, acting as a true brand ambassador and driving both performance and client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the store opening, ensuring a successful launch and seamless operational setup;

• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand’s values and positioning at all times;

• Drive sales performance through strong clienteling and relationship management;

• Build, train and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability;

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience in line with luxury standards;

• Develop and leverage a strong local network to drive business opportunities;

• Monitor and analyze KPIs, implementing strategies to optimize performance;

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, visual merchandising standards and operational excellence.

  
  

Profile:

• Proven experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role within luxury fashion or premium retail;

• Strong knowledge of the local market (Gstaad or similar luxury destinations) and understanding of its clientele;

• Natural ability to act as a brand ambassador, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in building and developing teams;

• Client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-end service;

• Entrepreneurial approach and ability to operate in a new opening environment;

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
