Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the launch of a new store within Landquart Outlet for a premium sportswear brand.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, building a high-performing team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all store operations, ensuring excellence in customer experience and sales performance;
Recruit, train, and develop a strong retail team for the store opening and beyond;
Drive sales and achieve KPIs through effective commercial strategies and team leadership;
Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently executed;
Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and implement action plans;
Manage stock levels, inventory control, and operational processes;
Foster a positive and motivating team environment;
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring alignment with company values and positioning.
Requirements:
Proven experience as Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in premium/sportswear retail;
Strong leadership and team management skills;
Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach;
Experience in new openings is highly desirable;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus);
Passion for sportswear, fashion, and customer experience.
